Nano Nagle College offers a range of extra-curricular activities such as Choir, Music Club, the Musical and instrumental lessons in partnership with Music Generation.
The Nano Nagle College Choir is a fun group of students from all years and is open to new members at the start of every term. The choir performs at all major school events and Masses. Some annual highlights include the Carol Service, Feile Fearann Ri, Open Night and Awards Night. They were even featured on TG4 last Christmas as they performed at Kent Station. This fundraising event for Focus Ireland was recognised by the AIB Future Sparks programme and won them a Community Impact Award.
Music Club gives students who play an instrument, or are interested in learning one, a chance to perform with and learn from their peers. There are guitars, ukuleles, keyboards and bodhrans available for all and students are encouraged to bring in their own instruments too.
After a long hiatus, we are thrilled to announce that Nano Nagle College will be producing a school musical in 2025/26. This will largely be
undertaken by the TY class, but auditions will be open to students from all year group. Keep an eye on our social media for further updates.
