Yesterday marked the feast day of our patron St Brigid and also Ceiliúradh hosted by Ceist.
To mark the occasion each student in the school took part in our ‘Call to serve’ campaign.
As humans it is important to do the right thing but as Catholics there is another layer to our sense of morality. As Christians we are ‘called to serve’.
On each students of the hand, students wrote how they can serve, pray and show respect in their own lives.
An intercom announcement was made by students which included the ‘The Calling’ the CEIST prayer.
St. Brigid was not forgotten about with Ms. Ryan’s third year class making crosses out of pipe cleaners.
