Dear Parents/Guardians,
Our teachers’ union, the ASTI, is taking part in national industrial action over public service pay. This is a national dispute and is not about anything happening in our school.
Wednesday 14th October: ASTI members will hold a one-day national strike. The school will be closed to all students on this day. Classes go back to normal on Thursday 15th October.
Work-to-rule: Since 5th October, teachers have been taking limited action outside class time. Teaching and learning carry on as normal. Some meetings and activities outside the school day may be rescheduled, and we will let you know if anything affects your child directly.
