Cultural Day 2024

An incredible community celebration on Friday 12th of March at Nano Nagle College. In partnership with Scoil Aiséirí Chríost and Scoil Íosagáin BNS Farranree we were delighted to host a successful Cultural Day celebration and also celebrate the end of our ‘One Book, One Community’ programme.

A huge thank you to our HSCL Ms. Ingrid O Shea for the work on this worthwhile community initiative, Ms. Tara Moloney for overseeing the Cultural Day as part of School of Sanctuary, Ms. Julie Sweeney for the incredible culinary delights from around the world and Ms. Sandra Browne and Ms. Helen Barrett for the fantastic displays created by our students.

Scoil Aiséirí Chríost and Scoil Íosagáin provided a gorgeous musical act aswell as our own students with their teacher Mr. Bogue including a much admired Ukrainian song.

Many thanks to the Lord Mayor Kieran McCarthy for making this occasion a truly special one for our schools and the Farranree community.
